Internship Opportunities at The Caravan
The Caravan, India’s first and only publication devoted to long-form narrative journalism, runs a number of internship programmes for students, recent graduates and young professionals interested in publishing and journalism.
Interns will be incorporated into the magazine’s production process, becoming an important part of our young and dynamic team. They will learn about how The Caravan is produced, marketed and publicised. Primary responsibilities vary according to the different programmes, but we are looking for diligent, resourceful and enthusiastic candidates.
Internships at The Caravan are full-time, from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday, at our Delhi office. A stipend is provided to all interns. We require a three-month commitment from editorial and editorial management intern candidates, and a two-month commitment from photo intern candidates. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. All application materials must be submitted in English.
The internship programmes are listed below. Please refer to each programme description for specific expectations and application instructions.
