Jairam Ramesh JAIRAM RAMESH is a member of Parliament since 2004 and has been a union minister between 2006 and 2014. He is the author of a number of books, including Indira Gandhi: A Life in Nature (2017), Old History, New Geography: Bifurcating Andhra Pradesh (2016), and To the Brink and Back: India's 1991 Story (2015).
