“We have received no help from the government,” Jaipal Singh, a relative of a 28-year-old COVID-19 casualty in Titoli, said. “A government team comes here to check and those who come positive, they give them a few tablets, for three days. They give only paracetamol, calcium and some other tablets; no injections, no medicines, nothing else. They opened a COVID-19 hospital in the school. It has no doctor, no medicines, nothing, just beds and fans.”
