Vadehra Art Gallery presents a retrospective of Anjolie Ela Menon. The gallery is celebrating the artist’s 70th birthday with the show and a book launch to bring attention to her work over the past several decades. Since her first exhibition in 1958, Menon has occupied a distinctive niche in contemporary art both in India and abroad. Often associated with the haunting female nude, Menon’s oeuvre over the last six decades is vast and spans many genres.
