Two soldiers from different camps stranded together on a roof and surrounded by nothing but a vast ocean... In a place to which neither of them belongs, they stake ownership over everything they find, not sparing a piece of thread. The play has nothing to do with Daniel Defoe’s novel, Robinson Crusoe, although the canvas is the same. The play, written by Nina D’Introna and Giacomo Ravicchio, is directed by Gracias Devaraj. The play is Ranga Shankara’s latest and has been produced through a partnership with Schnawwl, the children’s and young people’s theatre of the Mannheim National Theatre, Germany.
