Organised by the Mumbai Academy of Moving Images (MAMI), the week-long Mumbai Film Festival, spanning several multiplexes in the city, will screen films that are slotted into nine intriguing categories:  International Competition for the First Feature Films of Directors, World Cinema, Indian Frame, Dimensions Mumbai, Celebrate Age, Retrospectives, Above the Cut, New Faces in Indian Cinema and The Real Reel.  Documentaries, ad-films, short fiction films and films on Mumbai are as much a part of the regular schedule as are feature-length films.
