The Kerala State Chalachitra Academy is organising the 3rd International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala at Trivandrum. The festival has been set up by the Academy on behalf of the Cultural Affairs Department, Government of Kerala. The festival screens experimental cinema which has few takers elsewhere. It is a launch pad for budding filmmakers of shorts and documentaries. The films will be screened at the Chalachitra Academy.
