Junoon’s Mumbai Local is a series of talks by three eminent personalities. In “Journey of Languages,” the veteran actor Manoj Bajpayee discusses the importance of language, and how it can open doors to wonderful experiences if approached with love and care. The National Award-winning film editor Sankalp Meshram takes the audience through his creative process and his quest to find meaning in “Syntax of Beauty.” Finally, in “Seeking Her Stories,” the historian Ira Mukhoty talks about how women have been erased from Indian history, why this matters and what can be done about it.
