Hosted by the International Centre Goa, the 2nd edition of this festival will celebrate 50 years of democracy and decolonisation in Goa through music, photography, journalism, literature, debates and book releases that focus specifically on diaspora, Indian migrant communities across the world and the cultural landscape of the Northeast. Participating writers include Teju Cole, Urvashi Butalia, Deborah Baker and HM Naqvi, and performers on the lineup include Vijay Iyer and Lou Majaw.
