The biennial Delhi Photo Festival is an initiative of the India Habitat Center and Nazar Foundation to democratise photography by bringing it into the fold of the public, creating awareness and initiating dialogue amongst its many practitioners and lovers. The festival also strives to give voice to young collectives, show new work, and popularise the art of photography. It is a non-commercial venture, where entry is free to all.
