The Dawn

01 April, 2010

As part of a group exhibition at the Open Palm Court starting 1 April, three generations of amateur artists from different walks of life show their works for the first time.  On display are portraits, landscapes, aboriginal art and calligraphic abstracts. Nehmat Mongia’s work draws inspiration from Australian aboriginal art; Pallav Chander works with the human face and its varied emotions; Anita Kumar calligraphically converts Egyptian hieroglyphs into her art, and Guneet Kumar portrays her own personal experiences.
