Antoine Guinard is an independent journalist based in Delhi, where he has been working for the past eight years. A French and American national, he is the South Asia correspondent for Radio France Internationale and a regular contributor to Public Radio International. He is also the correspondent in the region for the leading French weekly L’Express.
